The road

| 1 | The Weal | People sign the charter. Gatherings start. Members buy from members, in Bitcoin. |
| 2 | The Pledge | Members promise to move once enough have pledged and a place is chosen. A promise, not a payment. |
| 3 | The Land | With a lawyer: members buy land, each their own parcel, near each other. |
| 4 | The Living | Build. Move. Live as neighbors. |
No money changes hands before Stage 3, and never without a lawyer.
Who runs it
The charter does. Every rule binds every member, the founder first. The founder leads until the land is bought. Then those powers end, and the founder is one member among equals.
